Most of us want to stretch and pull on the muscles of the neck and upper back to get relief from our neck pain.

This helps a lot - but what if it doesn't - or the relief just doesn't last?

Once you stop and look at the position that you hold your shoulders in all day - rolled forward and up - it makes sense to start looking somewhere else.
